Hotel Gratschwirt, a 3-star wellness hotel in Dobbiaco, operates as one of Val Pusteria's oldest inns with origins dating to 1500. The Pircher family transformed it into a modern establishment while preserving historical elements like the adjacent Gratsch Chapel from the 17th century. Every detail reflects alpine cosiness alongside modern comforts, set against the backdrop of the Three Peaks Dolomites.

Alpine Suites Garden Access

Spacious Alpine suites feature direct garden access, balconies or terraces with views of the Feng Shui Garden and Cima Nove. Marble-tiled bathrooms include separate showers and bathtubs, bidets, and make-up mirrors. Deluxe rooms offer south-facing aspects with views of Monte Serla, while suites provide parquet flooring and separate lounge areas.

South Tyrolean Italian Cuisine

Three daily menus feature South Tyrolean specialities combined with Italian delicacies, accompanied by wines from a well-stocked cellar. An extensive breakfast buffet includes muesli corner, juice bar, homemade jams, brioche, and fresh sausages. Gourmet evenings offer salad bars, barbecue events in summer, and meals prepared with produce from the hotel's herb garden.

Saunas Indoor Pool

The wellness area includes Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, and relaxation room with waterbeds. An elegant indoor swimming pool with Grander water and whirlpool operates from 8 am to 7 pm. The Feng Shui garden features sun loungers, hammocks, and sculptures by Friedrich Sebastian Feichter and Lois Anvidalfarei.

Cycle Path Train Access

The resort lies directly on the Pusterbike cycle path connecting Brunico to Lienz, with regional train access for bicycles. Dobbiaco autostazione bus station is 22 minutes walking, while Via Frau Emma bus stop is 13 minutes away. The Three Peaks Dolomites ski region is accessible via train departing every half hour from Dobbiaco, taking 10 minutes.
